Buddha says true enlightenment or, “Satori,” is achieved by leading a balanced life.
Given my middle name is Satori, it seems that finding balance in a world of contrast is ingrained into who I am. Sweet and tart. Orderly and chaotic. Playful and serious. I’m seemingly filled with dichotomies but actually just looking for the right amount of everything. Because who says you can’t have it both ways?
